SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – We are here in Springfield for Saturday’s USAC Silver Crown race. We will be doing updates beginning at 8am since the pit gate opens at 6am. Brian Tyler is the two time defending winner. He is only down 16 points to points leader Bud Kaeding in the points chase.

ORP Silver Crown Race Airs Saturday
The USAC Silver Crown race at O’Reilly Raceway Park airs Saturday at 4pm central time on the Outdoor Channel. The broadcast will feature Carl Edwards’ in car camera view of his slide and incredible recovery while chasing Brian Tyler for the win in the closing laps of the race.

Big Mouth vs Big Mouth
First it was Paul Tracy vs Alex Tagliani, then it was Paul Tracy vs Sebastien Bourdais. This weekend it will be Paul Tracy vs “I’m not French” Robin Miller. This will mark the first time Paul will not spar with a Frenchman in a few weeks. Miller will co-host Wind Tunnel with Dave Despain. Paul Tracy is the featured interview.
