Rossburg, Ohio – The rain has stopped, the track is ready for practice. The midgets are currently being pushed off. Still no final entry list. The folks that do that are working feverishly to get the list updated. Below is some info I thought you would like to know.

Last year Danny Stratton won the 2005 midget race at the 4 Crown. Levi Jones won the sprint race and Dave Darland won the Silver Crown race. It was Darland’s second win at Eldora in a Silver Crown car in a row. Josh Wise set the Silver Crown track record in 2005 turning a time of 15.334 at 117.386mph. 2005 also saw Levi Jones set a new track record at Eldora in the sprints with a time of 14.750 at 122.034mph. Mike Hess holds the midget record at 15.801 at 113.917mph in 2004.
