Not So Fast!

Not So Fast!

Arkansas 3-1 at 4. Auburn 5-0
We start out first with an upset special. Auburn looks to be on the road to a national championship but Arkansas comes in better than ever. Note to Tommy Tuberville: Don’t take Houston Nut to OT. If the Tigers avoid OT, they can win by 10.

Purdue 4-1 at 20. Iowa 4-1
Purdue and Iowa are both looking to rebound from last week’s losses. I was wrong, Iowa will not be national champs but Iowa will beat Purdue by 14.

6. Oregon 4-0 at 23. Cal 4-1
The Quack Attack flies south to take on Cal. Look for the Ducks to fly home winners by 7.

19. Texas 4-1 at Oklahoma 3-1
This is a great rivalry but there will be no Boomer Sooner sung when the fight is over. Longhorns by 8.

11. Missouri 5-0 at 22. Texas Tech 4-1
The went from misery to an undefeated team. They will remain that way beating the Red Raiders in a close one.

14. UTK 4-1 at 8. Georgia 5-0
Philip Fulmer has the Vols on track this season but the Dawgs have more bite. GA by 3.

16. LSU 4-1 at 2. Florida 5-0
Finally to the game of the week. LSU comes to the swamp hungry. The Tigers want to roll on through the conference but Not So Fast. The Gators want a championship. Double Not So Fast! No championship for the Gators this season. LSU will go to the air early and often. LSU by 6.

The phrase “Not So Fast!” is my tribute to Lee Corso of ESPN. It is not intended to infringe on any copyright laws or trademarks.
