Not So Fast!

Not So Fast!

12. Wisconsin 9-1 at Iowa 6-4
This is Wisconsin’s last tough opponent on their schedule. A win here and they will likely tie for second in the Big 10. Iowa is coming off of choking to Northwestern. Wisconsin by 7 or more.

Georgia 6-4 at 9. Auburn 9-1
Auburn is looking for an SEC and maybe a national title. Georgia has pretty much fumbled their season away since loosing the ball before they got to the endzone early in the season. Auburn wins this one.

18. UTK 7-2 at 6. Arkansas 8-1
This is what college football is all about. Two teams that missed going to bowls last year are now a part of the best teams in the country. Ordinarily this would be a no brainer for the Vols but this one is in Fayetteville, home of the hog trough. (Note: I have always found it ironic that fans and the media traditionally feast on BBQ aka Hog before a home game.) This will be a good game but Arkansas will be the ones feasting when the night is through.

23. Oregon 7-2 at 14. USC 7-1
Oregon is not as good as they once where. USC will not win the National Title. USC will muster enough power to beat the Quack Attack.

1. Louisville 8-0 at 5. Rutgers 8-0
Is the magic still there in the Ville? Or are they drunk with talk about the National Title? Rutgers would be an easy pick but they have won every game so far this season including wins over Navy and Pittsburgh. Could Rutgers do the unthinkable? Run the table and be in the National Championship (NC)? Not So Fast! FOX Sports who have the TV rights to the NC will take a deep sigh of relief when the Cardinals beat the Scarlet Knights on their home turf. It won’t be easy but Louisville is the team to do it.
