Welcome to Nashville/ Oh Brother Where Art Thou?/ You are going to get a Talking to Sweetie
Welcome to Nashville
Nashville, Tenn. – Our Open Wheelers who have gone the fendered way are in Nashville, Tennessee for this weekends ARCA Re/Max Series and NASCAR Busch Series races at the concrete facility.
I also visited Lonnie’s Western Room to perform Karoke, I do a mean Elvis, but unfortunately, I visted too early in the evening and they were closed.
The whole town has a NASCAR feel this weekend as Eli Gold called the Arena Football League game tonight for Comcast SportsNet
and David Green was one of the featured interviews during the game.
The AFL cheerleaders were great too. (I think I am in love.) Ok, enough of my rambling and on with the news from the racing world.

Oh Brother Where Art Thou?
Like brother, like brother. Ok not really.
Kurt Busch got pulled over and allegedly mouthed off to Arizona officers. His younger brother Kyle was pulled over in Richmond Wednesday night but wisely did not mouth off and was actually respectful to the officers. According to Henrico County police, Kyle Busch was pulled over for alleged reckless driving near the Richmond airport. According to published reports, the misdemeanor charge carries up to a year in jail, a $2,500 fine and a driver's license suspension. The offense also calls for a mandatory court appearance. Busch was in Richmond for testing and spoke to a group of teenagers as part of Sprint Nextel's attentive driving education program "Focus on Driving." We are expecting to hear comment from Kyle Busch about the incident but as of posting time, have not received any comment from the 2005 Rookie of the Year.
You are going to get a Talking to Sweetie
Several publications are reporting that Nicole Lunders, Greg Biffle's girlfriend,
(Circled in this Image) will face a reprimand from NASCAR after she confronted Kurt Bfiances fiancee, Eva Bryan following a wreck between their other halves Sunday at Texas. FOX's cameras caught Nicole Lunders slamming a water bottle on Biffle's pit box.
She then marched down pit road to Busch's pit box and had a heated exchange with Eva Bryan. Most likely, NASCAR will just talk to Ms. Lunders and tell her not to do it again. The sanctioning body does have the right to pull her hardcard credential, barring her from the race track but will most likely, just talk to her. An official ruling is expected sometime next week prior to the race at Phoenix.
Join us Saturday for a recap of both the Busch and ARCA Re/Max Series races at Nashville.
