3. Rutgers 9-0 Beat Louisville, Uconn, Pittsburgh, Navy, South Florida, Illinois, Ohio and Howard.
4. Boise State 10-0 Beat San Jose State, Beat Fresno State, Idaho, Louisiana Tech, Utah, Hawaii, Oregon State and Wyoming.
