Her Name Was Mindy, Hey/ Robin Miller Multiple Choice Test/ Andretti Night on Wind Tunnel/ Open Wheelers Aim for the Pole at Richmond

Her Name Was Mindy, Hey!
The Indy Racing League and Simmons Abramson Marketing created a theme song for the "i am INDY" campaign. The song, "i am INDY," was co-authored by Gene Simmons and BAG. If the IRL can have a theme song, so can the “race babe” poll. The version that I rewrote to the tune of "i am INDY" speaks from the point of a racecar. Cars don’t care if the driver is male or female; they just want to go fast. This song forges a resonant link between a young fictional driver named Mindy (the ultimate race babe) and her car. For the full effect, open up a new window http://www.indycar.com/multimedia/indy.m3u and sing along with the new lyrics. Don’t forget to vote for the real life ultimate “race babe” by going to http://openwheeler.blogspot.com/ and scrolling to the bottom of the page.

Her Name Was Mindy lyrics:

Her name was Mindy
It was Mindy
Hey
Hey
She was everything I wanted
She was everything I needed All that a “race babe” could be because she is Mindy
Hey
And I love the way she feels
Sitting behind the wheel because she is Mindy
Hey
She is Mindy

Hey
On the dirt tracks in the Midwest Or on the pavement she the best, she knows what exactly to do because she is Mindy
Hey
And I love the way she feels
Sitting behind the wheel because she is Mindy
Cause she is Mindy
Yes she is Mindy
She is Mindy
She is Mindy

She is Mindy
Yes she is Mindy

Hey
She is Mindy
Hey
She is Mindy
Hey
Yes, She is Mindy
Hey
She is Mindy
Hey
She is Mindy
Hey
She is Mindy
Hey!
