NEWTON, Iowa – Welcome to our coverage of the USAC races this weekend at the new Iowa Speedway where it is windy. There are a lot of stories we are working on but here are the ones you need to know about.

Brian Tyler and the Team Six R race team got creative for the first race at Iowa Speedway this weekend. The team wrapped their No. 21 Silver Crown car with a paint job resembling a bulldozer.

Tyler went as far as to have his helmet pained up like a hard hat.

Iowa Speedway is ready to host major events. The facility is first class and all the work appears to have been completed on time. They had a large crowd last night here for the Hooters Pro Cup Series and a large crowd is expected again on Sunday.

All three USAC national divisions are in competition here this weekend. All three series titles are on the line. We will have the official entry lists shortly.
