Hotlanta Busch Wrap

Hotlanta Busch Wrap
Open Wheeler Kasey Kahne finished second to Jeff Burton today at Atlanta Motor Speedway. JJ Yeley continued his string of top ten finishes, coming in fifth. Jason Leffler was sixth and Burney Lamar finished eighth.

AJ Foyt’s day went south when he spun in turn three on lap 84.

Carl Edwards gave up the lead when he thought he had a tire going down. That decision may have helped him finish the race but put him a lap down. Ryan Newman wasn’t so lucky. His tire exploded on the front stretch ended his day.

Newman started from outside the pole when the race began. Here is how the other Open Wheelers finished.
