Simmons on Wind Tunnel/ Newman Outside the Pole/ Forecast for Edwards Looks Good

If you have never seen an interview with Gene Simmons, tune in Sunday night. He was on Jim Rome a few years a go and he was incredible. Simmons is scheduled to speak about his marketing team’s addition to the IndyCar Series marketing effort. Wind Tunnel airs Sunday March 19th, at 9:00pm ET.

Kyle Busch took the pole for today’s Busch race at Atlanta.

Open Wheeler Ryan Newman will start outside the pole turning a time only .056 slower than Busch. Carl Edwards timed in seventh quick and J.J. Yeley came in 9th quick. The race is scheduled for 2:30pm Central on FX.

Forecast Looks Good For Edwards

Carl Edwards joined the Weather Channel anchors earlier this week to do some forecasting for this weekend’s race. The Weather Channel is based in Atlanta.
